📦 Pre-Booking & Priority Dispatch
We operate on a "First In, First Out" (FIFO) basis to ensure that our earliest supporters receive their mangoes first.

Priority Shipping: During the initial harvest of each variety, priority is given to Full Advance Payment orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are dispatched immediately following the priority queue.

Variety-Based Dispatch: We respect nature’s timeline. Each variety (e.g., Sindhri, Chaunsa, etc.) is dispatched as soon as it reaches natural maturity on our farms.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) & Advance Commitment
To ensure the safety of our perishable fruit and to confirm serious interest, we maintain a standard COD policy:

Advance Token: A commitment fee of Rs. 500 per box is required to confirm your COD order (e.g., Rs. 5000 for 10 boxes).

100% Refundable: This advance payment is fully refundable at any time before the parcel is dispatched. You can shop with total peace of mind.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance is payable to the courier rider upon the delivery of your parcel.

🚚 Logistics & Premium Tracking
We partner exclusively with TCS, Pakistan’s most reliable courier network, to guarantee that your mangoes arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

WhatsApp Notifications: As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send your Tracking ID directly to your WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Box Opening Date: To ensure you enjoy the perfect taste, we provide a specific "Box Opening Date" with every delivery. This ensures you consume the fruit only when it has reached its peak sweetness and aroma.
